Gzillion is a free daily trivia game for Old School RuneScape players. Each day there are seven prompts like
Name a boss or Name a quest. Name anything that fits, but the rarer your answer, the better the gem you get
and the further your journey takes you across Gielinor.
Each prompt asks you to name one thing from Old School RuneScape. You have 25 seconds.
Type any answer that fits. Common answers score a little; obscure answers score a lot.
Every answer drops as a gem and carries you further from Lumbridge.
After seven prompts, see where you ended up and copy your result to share with your clan.
Come back tomorrow for a new journey. The prompts are the same for everyone on the same day.
The gems
Gem
Points
What it means
Sapphire
+10
The answer everyone blurts out.
Emerald
+15
The trap: the famous “obscure” pick that everybody reaches for.
Ruby
+30
Solid. A respectable drop.
Diamond
+60
Genuinely uncommon. Nice pull.
Dragonstone
+85
True obscurity. Few players know this one.
Onyx
+100
One hand-picked answer per prompt. Almost nobody pulls it.
A perfect journey of seven Onyx answers scores 700.
The journey across Gielinor
The better your answers, the further you travel, through areas that get more epic as you go:
Lumbridge: where every adventurer begins, beside the River Lum
Varrock: the capital of Misthalin, home of the Grand Exchange
The Wilderness: the lawless lands to the north
TzHaar: Mor Ul Rek, the city inside the Karamja volcano
Prifddinas: the crystal city of the elves
Civitas illa Fortis: the sunlit capital of Varlamore, for the very best runs
Example prompts
There are 80 prompts in rotation, with 16,184 accepted answers between them. A few of them:
Name an NPC
Name a monster
Name a place in Gielinor
Name a music track
Name a weapon
Name something you can wear on your head
Name a piece of armour
Name a Slayer monster
Name a piece of furniture you can build
Name something you wear on your body
Name a food
Name something that takes up both hands
Name something you can find in the Wilderness
Name a dwarf
Tips for a high score
Skip the first answer that comes to mind. If it came to you instantly, it came to everyone else too.
Watch out for Emerald. The well-known “obscure” answer is a trap that only scores 15.
Think about quest-only and minigame content. Things you saw once years ago are often Dragonstone.
Nicknames work. Common abbreviations like “dds” and “bcp” are accepted, and small typos get a “Did you mean”.
Questions
Is Gzillion free?
Yes. It's free, there are no ads, and you don't need an account. Your progress is saved in your own browser.
How is rarity decided?
By how many other OSRS Wiki pages link to an answer. Something like Zulrah or the Abyssal whip is linked from hundreds of pages, so almost everyone thinks of it: that's a Sapphire. The least-linked answers are Dragonstone.
When does a new journey start?
At midnight in your own time zone. Everyone gets the same seven prompts on the same date, and you get one journey a day.
Where do the answers come from?
From the Old School RuneScape Wiki. There are 80 prompts and 16,184 accepted answers, including the wiki's redirects and common nicknames, so “dscim” counts as the Dragon scimitar.
Is this an official RuneScape game?
No. Gzillion is an unofficial, fan-made game and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Jagex.
